1>the operation support and delivery at a global level for the GIS supported services: Active Directory (AD), Identity and Authentication Management (IAM), Messaging (O365 suite, MS Exchange).

2>The role includes alignment of local & global processes, execution according to our OLA/SLA to ensure QoS and availability of the GIS provided services in the Infrastructure and Application Portfolio as well as the client’s business needs and priorities.

3>Comprehensive technical background with multi-domain knowledge (server, network, application support, email, O365).

4>Client Engagement, and Management skills in complex matrixed structure

Ø Strong expertise in Service Operations, Knowledge of ITIL, Quality,

5>Remote / Offshore extended team management

Ø Managing multicultural team and stakeholders

Ø Familiar with working remote managers

Education requirements include, degree, post-graduate degree
