ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

Be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities in paper operation(offset/digital/flexo&imprint) to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of manpower, material, equipment and space to ensure company annual goals are achieved in terms of reliability, quality, cost control, housekeeping and safety. Manages and develops production staffs. Provides expertise & technical supporting in resolution of problems related to paper production as needed. Establish schedule and ensures effective and efficient use of manpower, material, equipment and space. Overall budgetary control of paper production.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

Provide leadership and technical guidance to paper production, coordinate with other function departments in planning and implementing manufacturing programs;

-Cooperate with PPC department to manage production and backlog control ,to ensure on-time deliveries;

-Supervise the implementation and maintenance of all safety, health and environmental procedures in accordance with plant and company policies and guidelines;

-Guide to develop, implement, and maintain the equipment and tools maintenance / management system;

-Maintains an effective organization through the selection, development and motivation of all personnel;

-Develop management talents necessary to achieve short and long range objectives by effective direction, coaching and training according to an overall manpower planning;

-Ensure compliance with plant employee relationships policies and guidelines;

-Cooperate with IE department and Drive Lean-Sigma manufacturing, manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency in order to achieve world class manufacturing;

-Cooperate with QA department to implement and maintain the quality/ ISO9000 system. Recommend corrective actions for all CCR/NMR cases and ensure the corrective action could implemented effectively;

-Prepare and controls departmental budget;

-Compile reports to the Plant Manager in a regular basis;

-Ensure all employees participate company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI.

Qualification:

-Bachelor degree or above

-At least 7 years manufacturing experience, at least 5 years supervisory experience ( printing related experience is preferred);

-Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

-Strong interpersonal & Communication skills;

-Ability to manage labor intensive manufacturing operations plus the knowledge in mechanical or electronics;

-Familiar with lean knowledge and production layout planning;

-Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & effectively lead to significant results;

-Demonstrate process troubleshooting skills;

-Customer focused, quick response and creative solutions.
