Precisamos incorporar un Consultor/a  para trabajar en importante cliente del sector telecomunicaciones ubicado en Madrid.

Operador periférico presencial en los CPDs

- Gestión de ticketing

- Gestión de control periférico

- Control de salas

- Gestión de materiales y stock

- Gestión de Ordenación de salas

- Informes Excel y seguimiento de procedimientos reglados

Horario

- Turnos 24x7 según cuadrante. Lunes a Viernes turnos de 8 horas. Fin de semana turnos de 12 horas ( Descanso a la semana siguiente).

- En primera instancia se necesita cubrir el horario de 7:00 a 19:00, turno de fin de semana con prioridad. Posteriormente posibilidad de inclusión en los turnos 24x7 según rueda de cuadrante.

- Trabajo presencial en CPD en Terrassa (Barcelona)

- Deseable módulos de tecnología informática

- Manejo Office 365 (Excel, Word).
