We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting solutions using OpenText Exstream to manage customer communications. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to create scalable and efficient communication solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development:

Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.

Configure and optimize OpenText Exstream templates for high-volume document generation.

Integration and Data Handling:

Integrate OpenText Exstream with various data sources and systems to streamline communication workflows.

Perform mid-level SQL operations and XML data transformations to prepare data for use in communication templates.

Template Design:

Create and customize templates and layouts in OpenText Exstream, ensuring compliance with branding and regulatory standards.

Use Microsoft Word and other tools for template creation and document generation.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of communication templates and workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Debug and resolve issues promptly to maintain system performance.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

Maintain clear and detailed documentation of Exstream configurations, templates, and processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an OpenText Exstream Developer.

Proficiency in OpenText Exstream Design and Composition tools.

Strong knowledge of SQL and XML for data manipulation and transformation.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document generation.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
