• Design, build and operate multi-tenant Red Hat OpenShift clusters in enterprise environments
• Deploy and manage OpenShift platform services, including: RHACM (Advanced Cluster Management), RHACS (Advanced Cluster Security)
• Implement and operate container-native storage solutions:ODF (OpenShift Data Foundation), Ceph (Rook) / NooBaa
• Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD for platform and application lifecycle management
• Deploy and manage OpenShift Virtualization for VM-based workloads
• Integrate and operate OpenShift AI solutions: Ray / Dask, XGBoost, NVIDIA GPU Operator
• Automate platform operations using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP/AWX)
• Configure and manage networking components such as MetalLB
• Ensure platform stability, scalability, security and compliance
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud and application teams
• Contribute to platform documentation, standards and best practices

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and internals
• Experience with multi-tenant Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
• Hands-on experience with: GitOps tools (Argo CD), Kubernetes storage (Ceph, ODF or equivalent), Automation using Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform
• Experience operating OpenShift in enterprise or large-scale environments
• Good Linux administration skills
• Ability to work autonomously in complex technical environments
