We have immediate openings for "Asst Manager/ Sr Engineer -Maintenance" for our Reputed MNC Client located in Bangalore.

Job Specification

Position: Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager (Maintenance)

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma-Mechanical

Experience: 8-15 years

Role Summary: Need to Handle Unit Maintenance activities

Responsibilities

• Taking care of plants all maintenance activities.
• Taking care of plant reliability maintenance.
• Following the MTTR, MTBF,TPM calculation for m/c efficiency.
• Train the associate through subject discussion.
• Follow the all types of documentation for ISO and periodic inspection of maintenance standards.
• Handle the shift and daily activities.
• Follow up the A, B ,C ,D checklist of all equipments.
• Follow up the vendor for AMC and new project work.
• Work as per the company production requirement with machine priority.
• Follow the safety and WCM tools and guiding the technicians.
• Maintain the spare parts list and always in stock.
• Installing new machines as per ISO standards.
• Doing proper maintenance and increase machine efficiency.
• Increase knowledge of associates.
• Making the electrical A and B checklist.
• Making Machine history card
• Making machine run hour list.
