Candidates will learn and taking following duties/responsibilities:

• Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based) for specific global recruitment assignments
• Formulate and manage recruitment assignments
• Candidate research and database mining
• Working on Monthly/ weekly recruitment reports and dashboards Managing daily queries coming from global teams
• Handling reference checks for global new hires
• Working on applicant management system and managing applications inflow
