About the Role

Cylix Applied Intelligence are seeking an experienced OpenCLAW Developer specializing in Autonomous Agent Systems to design, build, and deploy intelligent software agents that automate complex business workflows across enterprise environments.

This role focuses on leveraging OpenCLAW as a scalable orchestration and execution framework for autonomous agents capable of interacting with enterprise systems, analyzing data, executing tasks, and augmenting business operations.

You will work alongside our AI infrastructure, HPC, and platform engineering teams to build enterprise-grade autonomous systems supporting operations, IT, finance, customer support, and data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

As an OpenCLAW Developer, you will architect and develop intelligent agents capable of:

Autonomous decision-making

Multi-step workflow execution

Enterprise system integration

Data analysis and operational automation

Secure execution within enterprise infrastructure

These agents will operate across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments to automate and enhance enterprise business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Autonomous Agent Development

Design and implement autonomous agents using OpenCLAW as the orchestration and execution platform

Build agents capable of multi-step reasoning, planning, and execution

Develop agent workflows that automate business and operational processes

Implement task execution pipelines and agent lifecycle management

Enterprise Integration

Integrate agents with enterprise systems including:

ERP platforms

CRM systems

ITSM and PSA platforms

Databases and data warehouses

APIs and internal services

Build secure connectors and automation pipelines for enterprise environments

Workflow Orchestration and Automation

Develop complex, multi-stage autonomous workflows

Build agent coordination and orchestration logic

Enable agents to perform tasks such as:

Data retrieval and analysis

System operations automation

Business process execution

Monitoring and operational response

Platform Engineering and Scalability

Deploy and scale OpenCLAW environments in enterprise infrastructure

Optimize agent performance and execution efficiency

Support distributed execution and workload management

Build resilient, fault-tolerant agent systems

AI and Intelligent Systems Integration

Integrate agents with AI models and enterprise AI platforms

Build intelligent automation pipelines

Enable agent decision-making using enterprise data sources

Support real-time and batch autonomous execution environments

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience in software development or automation engineering

Experience deploying and developing on the OpenCLAW platform

Strong programming experience in one or more of:

Python

Java

Scala

Go

TypeScript

Experience with:

REST APIs and service integration

Distributed systems

Linux server environments

Docker and containerized applications

Experience building automation workflows or orchestration systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building autonomous agents or intelligent automation systems

Experience with orchestration frameworks and workflow engines

Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as:

Salesforce

RMM & PSA

Microsoft 365

Databases and data platforms

Experience with:

Kubernetes

Elasticsearch

Message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Distributed task execution frameworks

Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns
