We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our team in Kolkata, India, who has experience in inbound/outbound technical support, computer troubleshooting, and antivirus software. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, with experience in resolving technical issues for various devices, including printers, routers, broadband, and email. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Job Description

Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.

1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.· Must know how to close their own calls.· Good communication skills in English . Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.· Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution.· Should be flexible working in night shifts.Salary -Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.Immediate joining preferable.
