To help us build the infrastructure of the future, we’re always looking for passionate and talented people to join our Construction team. If you have experience in construction management, project delivery, or engineering, and want to make a positive impact on the world, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be working on

Depending on your background, you might:

• Manage construction projects for new fast charging stations across Europe

• Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and local contractors to deliver high-quality, future-proof stations

• Develop technical solutions for retail buildings, energy systems, and infrastructure

• Lead cross-functional projects with Real Estate, Grid, Supply Chain and Legal teams

• Improve internal processes to scale our rollout across multiple countries

• Work with public authorities and utility companies to enable fast, safe construction

• Travel to our stations and offices across Europe

We are looking for people who

• Have a background in Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Bring project management or engineering experience (internship to senior level — all welcome!)

• Are comfortable navigating technical documents and construction timelines

• Are highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Have strong negotiation and communication skills;

• Have excellent organizational skills and a high level of initiative;

• Enjoy working in an international, fast-moving environment

• Speak English fluently; other European languages are a plus

• Are open to regular travel across Europe
