Your Mission

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of restaurant partners and help them thrive.

You will:

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of restaurant partners in Vienna
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth
• Advise partners on how to optimize menus, pricing, campaigns, and operations
• Drive commercial initiatives that increase order volume and partner success
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with partners
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to improve partner performance
• Ensure partners deliver the best possible experience to customers

 

• Experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or business development
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Confidence using data to support decisions and recommendations
• The ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
• Fluency in German and English
