Job Title: OOH Traffic Controller

Reports To: Senior OOH Specialist

About the Role
The OOH traffic controller will work across a range of client accounts and will require a variety of computer, relational and negotiation skills to fulfil the tasks. The OOH Traffic controller is responsible for the controlling and management of all OOH flighting. As well as he / she is responsible for the co-ordination of all the evidence relating to the OOH Campaigns booked by the OOH Specialists in WPP Media OOH Division.

• Accuracy and timeously delivery of flighting reports and site bibles
• High quality of site bibles
• Client deliverables – exceeding expectations / service excellence

Core Responsibilities
Operations:
o Understanding the auditing and financial requirements for the delivery and maintenance of up to date OOH campaign evidence.
o Understand the requirement for all OOH campaigns to start on time and ensure to always try to the best of their ability to ensure campaigns start as per the campaign booked start date

Media:
o Create material chaselists and manage the artwork delivery process by following up with creative agencies / clients on delivery
o Contact media owners to ensure artwork is received and in order
o Flighting reports to be created and updated as rollout management.
o Updates with artwork delivery to be shared with the OOH Specialist
o Track estimated flighting dates on report. Update report as sites are flighted with flighting date.
o Verification (as evidence) of all in-charge sites – ensure that site bibles are sent to OOH Specialist on flighting and at the end each month to accompany the in-charge billings.
o Liaise with media owners to obtain site photographs that are clear, identifiable and date marked communicating late or sub-standard flighting photographs to media owner and OOH Specialist
o Site bibles are to be checked against media flowplan and must align.
o Site bibles to be accurate with all site numbers and site pictures to correspond to the media plan
o Site bibles to be submitted on time to OOH Specialist as required whether monthly or per campaign.
o Assist OOH Buyers / client teams when auditors require the OOH evidence for selected invoices.

Admin:
o Ensure all flighting reports and site bibles are saved on the shared drive and available all the time for access & viewing by OOH Specialist.

Team and work management:
o Attend client / team meetings
o Maintain key Supplier, Agency and Client relationships
o Participate in regular overall status meetings with teams
o Responsible for quality control
o Attend media owner meetings – gain info that could impact on our deliverables and action
o Ensure Client satisfaction by delivering against and exceeding Client expectations.
o Attend all relevant internal training sessions
o Assist with the induction of new employees
o Completing weekly timesheets
