OOH Consultant — BNA

Location: Bellville, Cape Town | Hours: 50 hours per week | Shifts: Evenings and weekends

We are growing our Out of Hours team and looking for two driven, reliable consultants to join our BNA desk.

BNA is a specialist UK healthcare staffing brand, placing nurses and allied health professionals into NHS and private sector clients across the United Kingdom. As part of our Bellville-based OOH team, you will manage urgent booking requests, liaise with clients and candidates, and ensure seamless cover is in place during evening and weekend hours when the UK daytime team is offline.

You will work five days per week with two consecutive rest days — no seven-day weeks. Shifts cover weekday evenings (7pm–midnight SA time) and weekend day shifts, split across the team so no single person carries the full weekend span.

What we are looking for:

Experience in recruitment, staffing or a fast-paced coordination or service role

Confident telephone manner and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Accurate, thorough record-keeping

Reliable and self-motivated — evening and weekend shifts require someone who takes ownership
