On-Site Manager
Full-Time | Masis Staffing Solutions
The On-Site Manager oversees all on-site staffing operations in partnership with our client, ensuring high-quality service, strong client relationships, and effective workforce management. This role supervises temporary associates, supports client supervisors, and delivers creative workforce solutions to drive client satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage temporary staffing requisitions and ensure timely order fulfillment
Supervise and support temporary associates to ensure attendance, compliance, and productivity
Serve as liaison between client supervisors and associates
Conduct orientations, performance check-ins, and associate recognition programs
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Coordinate drug testing and related onboarding requirements
Build strong client relationships and provide innovative staffing solutions
Support branch and HR operations as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma/College degree preferred
2–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in a staffing agency
2–3 years of account management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
May require extended hours, occasional weekends, and travel.
Bilingual is a plus
