Technical/Functional Skills
• Associate should have PeopleSoft NA Payroll 9.x experience as the primary Skill set along with the working experience on below modules:
• Expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll modules –
• North America Payroll, Compensate Employees, Retro Pay, Payroll Consolidation, Payroll Tax Management, PS Payroll Interface
• Global Payroll, Time & Labor, including the writing of time and labor rules and Absence Management modules
• Tax Updates, CYE Processing, 1042s, FLSA
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills, organizational, planning and technical skills to achieve professional results
• Exhaustive understanding of HR & Payroll processes
Expertise in following Technical areas:
• People Tools: People Tools 8.5x, Application Designer, People Code,
• Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, File Layout, Integration Broker.
• Platform: UNIX.
• Report Tools : XML Publisher, SQRs and PS Query, Crystal Report
• RDBMS : Oracle10g/9i/8i
• SQL Programming Tool : Toad
• Operating Systems : Windows Vista, XP, UNIX, Windows 2000, Windows NT
Experience required: 14-16 Years
