Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging online lessons, activities, and assessments tailored to student needs.

• Maintain open and consistent communication with students and, where applicable, parents/guardians.

• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies effectively.

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance online teaching skills.

• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and respectful virtual classroom environment.

• Adhere to company policies and academic standards.

Required Skills

• Experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably online.

• Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson content.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Education or a specialized subject.

• Experience with specific Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard).
