Job description

• Interaction with customers through voice call / online chat
• Experience in selling high value items
• Ability to grasp and possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to create a need for the product for the customer
• Strict adherence to schedules
• Someone who has the right passion towards sales and service

Skills requirement

• Graduate with 0-3 years of experience
• Communication Skills - English and Hindi / Tamil / regional language fluency is a must.
• Retail jewellery experience preferred
• Experience preferably in inbound call centre and chat .
