We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven, problem solver to join our Finance team in Madrid and work at the core of one of the most critical areas of the business: Payments.
This is not a traditional payments role. Instead, you’ll act as the analytical engine behind how we optimize performance across markets, improve conversion, and unlock better user experiences globally.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Tech, and Finance, turning data into decisions and driving real impact at scale. If you enjoy breaking down complex problems, spotting patterns, and influencing strategy through data — this is for you.

About the position

• Own the analysis of payment performance across markets: identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve conversion and user experience.

• Turn data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue and customer experience.

• Work closely with Product and Tech teams to define, test, and iterate on improvements in payment flows.

• Monitor key KPIs and build a clear narrative around performance and business impact.

• Support the rollout of new payment methods and providers from a performance and user perspective.

• Participate in the negotiation and management of high-impact, multi-million euro contracts with payment providers, directly influencing company economics.

• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, strategy, or similar roles.

• Strong analytical mindset: you’re comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and solving ambiguous problems.

• Structured thinker with great attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills: you can translate complex analysis into clear, impactful messages.

• Proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership.

• Very high level of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).

• Exposure to digital businesses, marketplaces, or fintech/payments.

• Interest in topics like conversion optimization, fraud, or user experience.
