We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OneStream EPM Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting OneStream solutions to streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance decision-making capabilities. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions tailored to organizational needs.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the OneStream platform to support financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient OneStream solutions.
• Configure and maintain OneStream applications, including data integration, workflows, cube design, and business rules.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and financial statements to provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing OneStream applications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate OneStream with other enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance tuning initiatives.
• Document system design, processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Assist in training end-users and stakeholders on OneStream functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations, with a strong focus on OneStream.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream components such as Financial Consolidation, Planning, XF Marketplace solutions, and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in data integration using OneStream Data Management or related ETL tools.
• Proficiency in business rule development, dashboard creation, and workflow configuration within OneStream.
• Knowledge of SQL, VB.NET, or similar technologies used in OneStream development is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) and integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OneStream certification or relevant EPM certifications.
• Experience working in finance transformation or digital finance initiatives.
• Exposure to Agile or project-based implementation methodologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
