• Provide customers and internal personnel with One Shot Quotes based on rating guidelines.
• Communicate and work with terminal staff, dispatch, sales, and other departments to provide timely accurate quotes.
• The option of working remotely is available.

• Professional communication with external and internal customers
• Excellent data entry and listening skills
• Able to spatially recognize patterns and envision how freight loads in a trailer
• Efficient, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
• Knowledge of service area and geography
• Experience with AS400 and Excel is an asset
• Knowledge of operations in relation to freight movement is an asset
