Job Description

Supervisa directamente un grupo de Representantes de Venta de Oncología, por lo que es responsable de la obtención de resultados de venta en toda la zona geográfica y del área terapéutica, buscando oportunidades estratégicas de negocio:

Tareas específicas:

• Alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas establecidas y cumplir los objetivos de Sales Field Force Effectiveness (SFE)
• Trabajará con los representantes de ventas con el fin de establecer objetivos grupales e individuales adecuados para cada territorio que, al mismo tiempo, planteen nuevos retos.
• Se anticipará de manera proactiva y solucionará los obstáculos que puedan impedir la consecución de los resultados esperados.
• Evaluará el progreso tanto individual como de equipo con respecto a los objetivos establecidos y asesorará a los miembros sobre cómo mejorar.
• Ayudará a los representantes de ventas a mejorar sus habilidades y a avanzar profesionalmente, detectando potenciales cuadros de reemplazo y confeccionando planes de desarrollo y mejora para tal fin.
• Trabajará con los equipos cross funcionales de marketing/medical/acceso/Commex para la implementación y seguimiento de planes territoriales.
• Asegurar el correcto entrenamiento del equipo y el posicionamiento de cada producto clave en promoción.
• Cumplir con los estándares y procedimientos que aplican al desarrollo e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad del Clúster Cono Sur.
• Búsqueda constante de oportunidades estratégicas con los equipos multidisciplinarios involucrados en el ecosistema de cada indicación y mercado oncológico.
• Reuniones semanales de seguimiento y reuniones de ciclo con presentación de resultados y performance..

Requisitos de postulación:

1. Experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo de equipos de venta (Industria Farmacéutica excluyente).

2. Experiencia en líneas de oncología, hemato, inmunología o enfermedades poco frecuentes (alto costo excluyente).

3. Se requiere disponibilidad para viajar.
