Oncology Registered Nurse Medical-Surgical Unit

Pay:

• Hourly Rate: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)

• Shift Differentials:

• Night Shift: +$3/hour

• Weekend Shift: +$2/hour

As an Oncology RN on the Medical-Surgical Unit, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient health assessments

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Advocating for patient safety and well-being

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Educating patients and families about medications and treatment plans

• Managing clinical situations independently

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida

• 1+ year of recent nursing experience

• Acute care experience preferred

• Long-term acute care (LTAC) experience considered

• BLS certification required

• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire

• BSN preferred

• Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: 1:5 – 1:6

• Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
