🧡 Solvo Global is hiring! 💙 Onboarding Support Specialist – Bilingual (Advanced Conversational English C1) 📍 Merida, Yucatán 🕒 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

⭐ What you’ll do As an Onboarding Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless journey for newly hired caregivers:
Work closely with caregivers from offer acceptance through orientation day. Provide virtual support with onboarding documentation and upload requirements. Track and monitor each caregiver's onboarding status. Follow up consistently to ensure eligibility for orientation. Reschedule orientation sessions when necessary. Notify branch teams once caregivers are fully cleared (documents + background checks) and ready to be staffed.
💡 What we’re looking for To succeed in this role, you should have: ✔️ Bilingual skills — Advanced conversational English (C1) ✔️ 6 months – 1 year of experience in onboarding, customer support, or client‑facing roles ✔️ Strong calendar management and tracking skills ✔️ High adaptability and comfort with shifting priorities ✔️ Excellent communication and customer‑service focus ✔️ Healthcare or home‑care experience is NOT required
