About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of new clients across TPF’s product suite, including wallets and acquiring solutions. Reporting to the Onboarding Manager and forming part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing client documentation, coordinating onboarding requirements, and ensuring a smooth and compliant client setup experience.
Main Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day onboarding cases for merchant acquiring and wallet products
Conduct KYC/KYB/AML and documentation reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support enhanced due diligence processes for higher-risk merchants under guidance from Compliance or senior team members.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding execution.
Assist in maintaining onboarding workflows, procedures, and documentation standards.
Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding requirements to avoid delays in client go-live.
Identify potential onboarding issues and escalate appropriately.
Support the registration process of acquiring merchants with card associations where required.
Contribute to the improvement of onboarding workflows, procedures, and system usage within the Operations team.
What We are Looking For
1–3 years experience in onboarding, compliance, or operational roles within financial services, fintech, or payments.
Basic understanding of KYC/AML requirements and corporate client onboarding.
Experience working with EMIs, PSPs, or acquiring environments is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
