WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for delivering a structured, repeatable, and high-impact onboarding experience that enables customers to quickly understand, activate, and gain value from the SQREEM platform.
This role ensures that every customer moves from first login → first insight → first campaign as quickly and effectively as possible.
How will YOU contribute to the Team?
1. Execute High-Impact Customer Onboarding
Lead customers through a structured onboarding process:
Platform walkthrough and training
Persona and audience creation
Campaign setup and PMP activation
Ensure every customer reaches time-to-value quickly.
2. Operationalize the Two-Phase Onboarding Model
Deliver onboarding in two key phases:
Phase 1: Intelligence
Train users on audience discovery and persona building
Ensure customers understand insights and outputs
Phase 2: Activation
Guide users through campaign setup and PMP deal creation
Ensure successful activation within their DSP
3. Standardize and Scale Onboarding Workflows
Build repeatable processes including:
Onboarding playbooks
Training decks and walkthroughs
Recorded tutorials and resources
The goal is to make onboarding consistent, scalable, and efficient.
4. Reduce Time to First Campaign
Own the metric of:
Time from onboarding start → first live campaign
Identify friction points and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
5. Collaborate with Customer Success
Ensure smooth transition from onboarding → ongoing success by:
Documenting account setup and goals
Highlighting risks or opportunities
Aligning on next steps for growth
Success Metrics
Time to first campaign activation
Onboarding completion rates
Customer satisfaction during onboarding
Early-stage retention (first 60–90 days)
Reduction in onboarding-related support requests
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
2–5 years in onboarding, implementation, or programmatic media
Strong understanding of media workflows (DSPs, PMPs, targeting)
Excellent communicator and trainer
Highly organized and process-driven
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
