ONBOARDING SEO SPECIALIST
The Onboarding Friend plays a critical role in setting up and launching new customer accounts. You will use internal tools to configure settings based on customer intake forms, verify data accuracy, and conduct quality checks across keyword research and SEO strategy output. This role involves reviewing outputs from our AI agents and tools and ensuring the configurations are fully functional and high-quality before ongoing content and technical execution begins.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review customer onboarding forms and input data accurately into internal tools.

• Complete CMS-specific configurations depending on whether a customer uses WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or another platform.

• Customize site setup workflows, including resolving edge-case issues and unexpected CMS behavior.

• Supplement keyword research using Semrush, especially for cluster expansion or customer-specific targets.

• Review AI-generated SEO strategy documents for completeness, coherence, and alignment with customer goals

• Provide quality assurance feedback on automation outputs before deployment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing with exposure to operations or project management

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field

• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (keywords, metadata, page structure)

• Detail-oriented with excellent written communication and documentation skills

• Comfortable using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and performing minor troubleshooting

• Ability to follow SOPs and use internal task-tracking platforms

• Above-average English communication skills
