Outsourcing Advantage is seeking aa warm, organized, and proactive Onboarding & Interview Coordinator to support our ABA therapy onboarding process, including coordinating interviews and assisting new Behavior Technicians (BTs) as they join our team. This role is essential in helping ensure that high‑quality staff enter the field smoothly and are prepared to deliver exceptional services to the children and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Staff Support
• Coordinate onboarding steps for new Behavior Technicians (BTs) and clinical staff
• Guide new hires through documentation, credentials, training steps, and compliance requirements
• Serve as a friendly, welcoming point of contact during the onboarding journey
• Track onboarding progress to ensure timely completion
• Communicate with candidates and internal teams to keep processes moving
Interview Coordination
• Schedule and assist with candidate interviews
• Conduct initial screenings with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Maintain interview records and follow established procedures
• Ensure candidates receive timely communication throughout the process
Administrative & Organizational Duties
• Maintain organized records of onboarding tasks and interview outcomes
• Use checklists, trackers, and internal systems to monitor progress
• Support HR/Recruiting with workflow updates and process improvements
• Help ensure all onboarding tasks meet organizational and compliance standards
Requirements:
Ideal Candidate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in fluent English at a level of C1 Advanced.
• Friendly, social, and upbeat personality; enjoys interacting with people
• Proficient in ABA Software such as centralreach preferred
• Professional, warm, and confident demeanor
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Assertive and able to keep processes moving smoothly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow SOPs and maintain consistency
