Job Description

Your tasks:
• You work directly on-site at customer locations and act as the key interface between HOLON, our internal validation and engineering teams, and local authorities
• You test and validate the autonomous HOLON mover in real-world operation and ensure safe and reliable system performance
• You inspect, analyze, and support the resolution of malfunctions in SDS and connectivity systems
• You collect, structure, and steer feedback related to driving behavior, safety, and system performance
• You perform test drives as well as validation and verification runs
• You train customers on-site in the correct and safe operation of autonomous vehicles and support daily operations

Your profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field
• Experience in customer-facing or on-site technical roles
• Valid driving license class D or C with advanced driving experience
• Strong ability to assess risks and evaluate safety-relevant system behavior
• Independent, structured working style and high willingness to work on-site
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
