On Site Security Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to identify and report any suspicious activities or security violations.
• Control and monitor access to the premises by checking identification, verifying credentials, and ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors enter the facility.
• Operate and maintain security equipment, such as alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks, including contacting law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain order during events or gatherings by managing crowds, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and intervening in disruptive situations.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, including descriptions of events, actions taken, and any necessary documentation of incidents.
• Provide assistance and information to employees, visitors, and tenants when required, and assist with directions or inquiries.
• Handle conflicts or disputes professionally and diplomatically, striving to de-escalate situations and enforce rules and policies.
• Protect property from theft, vandalism, and damage by monitoring and securing entrances, exits, and sensitive areas.
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and coordinate with medical professionals in case of injuries or medical emergencies.
• Identify and report fire hazards, as well as participate in fire drills and evacuations, ensuring the safety of all occupants.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures established by the employer or property management.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certifications).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of basic security principles and emergency response procedures.
• Attention to detail and observational skills.
• Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working shifting schedules
