Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven, customer-focused sales professional to serve as the on-site Community Sales Manager at College Station. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-based sales, enjoys community outreach, and is passionate about guiding buyers through the new-home process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage on-site sales operations at the College Station community

Build relationships with local Realtors and conduct agent outreach

Guide buyers through the new-construction sales process from first contact to contract

Host open houses, community events, and agent tours

Serve as a knowledgeable resource on the homes, community, and surrounding area

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Valor’s standards

Qualifications

Active Florida Real Estate License (required)

Proven success in real estate or new-home sales

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
