As an On-Site Community Sales Manager, you’ll represent a trusted builder with available inventory and a strong marketing presence. We’re seeking professionals who are coachable, enthusiastic, and ready to help homebuyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Requirements & Must-Haves:
Active Real Estate License (Required)
Weekend Availability (Required)
Sales experience in real estate, retail, leasing, hospitality, or new home sales
Strong communication, listening, and closing skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Detail-oriented with excellent writing skills and daily CRM use
Ability to build relationships with Realtors, brokers, and prospects
Comfortable hosting grand openings, client events, and Realtor outreach

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serve as the on-site sales presence for Valor Communities in one of our North Alabama neighborhoods

Guide buyers through the home-buying process with professionalism and care

Prospect new leads through self-marketing and relationship building

Promote our homes, brand, and reputation at every opportunity

Provide consistent follow-up with potential buyers and agents

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow a proven sales process
