systemsGo is growing rapidly and is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer based in Taipei, Taiwan. This role supports service delivery for our multinational clients, combining user support with exposure to infrastructure, projects, and IT operations.
This position is flexible in nature and may involve a mix of remote work, onsite support at client locations, and occasional travel, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
Provide day-to-day end-user support for IT infrastructure and workplace technologies (desktops, laptops, applications, Office 365, etc.)
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor and escalate critical incidents to the Team Lead or Service Delivery Manager as needed
Deliver high-quality customer service to end users in a multinational environment
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed / Nice to Have)
Support IT infrastructure setup and maintenance, including hardware deployment and basic networking
Participate in project-related tasks such as site surveys, office setups, and IT rollouts
Assist with network cabling, device installation, and coordination with vendors or contractors
Manage IT assets lifecycle, including procurement support, inventory tracking, device setup, recovery, and logistics (shipping/receiving)
Support internal initiatives and ad-hoc assignments across the company
Note: Not all responsibilities are required at all times. The role evolves based on project and client needs.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk / desktop support roles
Experience supporting multinational clients or environments is an advantage
Basic knowledge of networking and infrastructure support is a plus
Strong customer service mindset and ability to work directly with end users
Good communication skills, able to clearly explain technical issues and solutions
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Immediate availability is a plus
Technical Skills
Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 environment
Experience with ticketing systems and IT service processes
Hardware support (PC/laptop setup, troubleshooting, peripherals)
Basic knowledge of:
Microsoft services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS)
Windows Server environments
Experience with video conferencing tools (WebEx, Zoom, Poly, etc.)
Networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, cabling) is a plus
Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous
