Role Summary
The Omnichannel Marketplace Operations Coordinator supports backend marketplace execution across Walmart (U.S. & Canada), Target+, and Best Buy and others(U.S. & Canada and others). This role is responsible for product uploads, inventory monitoring, compliance management, and policy setup to ensure accurate listings, consistent stock availability, and strong marketplace account health.
By maintaining backend accuracy and system integrity, this role directly supports Chai Vision’s omnichannel growth while reflecting our values of being community-first, customer-obsessed, and efficiency-driven.
What You’ll Do
Marketplace Backend Management
Upload and configure new SKUs across Walmart (US & Canada), Target+, and Best Buy (US & Canada and others)
Ensure product details, pricing, inventory, and attributes sync correctly from Shopify and SellerCloud
Troubleshoot suppressed SKUs, missing content, and unpublished listings
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels across assigned marketplaces to prevent out-of-stocks
Track Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) inventory and seller performance
Flag low stock or performance risks and coordinate timely updates
Policy, Logistics & Compliance
Set up and maintain shipping, return, and logistics policies across platforms
Monitor backend performance metrics such as seller scorecards and alerts
Proactively resolve logistics or policy issues to maintain good standing
Compliance & Marketplace Health
Monitor backend alerts for violations (hazmat, category placement, etc.)
Address compliance issues quickly to prevent penalties or account risk
Support smooth marketplace operations by maintaining account health
Reporting & Communication
Run monthly returns and backend performance reports
Track alerts and escalate critical issues when needed
Provide regular updates to the Omnichannel backend Manager on progress, risks, and issues
Who You Are
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a process-driven mindset
Comfortable working in backend marketplace systems and portals
Proactive in identifying errors, compliance risks, and inventory discrepancies
Collaborative and able to work closely with managers and cross-functional teams
Adaptable and calm in fast-paced ecommerce environments
Experienced with platforms such as Walmart, Target+, and Best Buy
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace operations or backend support
Hands-on experience with marketplace portals preferred (Walmart, Target+, Best Buy)
Experience managing SKUs, inventory feeds, and compliance workflows
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
Familiarity with Shopify and SellerCloud is a plus
