A Day in the Life

The Surgical Operating Unit (OU) consists of four Business Units: Advanced Surgical Technologies (AST), General Surgical Technologies (GST), Robotic Surgical Technologies (RST), and Digital Technologies (DT). For this remote position, you will be expected to be based within a Western European country.

Our Surgical Digital organization is dedicated to accelerating customer engagement and commercial performance through innovative, data driven solutions. We leverage advanced digital tools that empower sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences. In this dynamic role as a European Omnichannel Marketing Specialist you will report to the Omnichannel Marketing Director Europe and you will collaborate in the shaping the omnichannel strategy, ensuring the right marketing structure and capabilities are in place. You will work closely with the Digital Sales Manager and the different Teams across the business and across Europe (Digital Marketing, Sales, Content Operations, In-country Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist, Global Marketing Technology and Global IT Commercial Marketing).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and implement the sales enablement platform strategy, including content sharing and Web Chatbot, ensuring scalable solutions across channels
• Lead and support sales training for both remote and field teams to maximize platform effectiveness
• Oversee technical integration, content synchronization, and tagging
• Generate and share regular platform usage reports.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in marketing communication, omnichannel, or related areas
• Healthcare industry background preferred
• Proficiency in English (reading, conversation, and writing); additional European languages are a plus
• Strong communicator and team player with experience in complex sales environments.
