Role Summary
The Omnichannel Manager is responsible for driving front-end marketplace excellence and scalable growth across Chai Vision’s omnichannel business. This role leads the Pakistan-based omnichannel execution team and owns daily marketplace operations including listings, pricing, promotions, and compliance across multiple platforms.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategy with execution—building scalable processes, onboarding new marketplaces, and ensuring operational stability while coaching and developing a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
Define and enforce front-end standards for listings, pricing, promotions, and compliance across all marketplaces
Build scalable processes to support onboarding and expansion into new sales channels
Set and track quarterly growth, productivity, and performance goals for the Pakistan office team
Execution & Optimization
Manage daily marketplace operations including listings, pricing, content accuracy, promotions, and compliance
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues directly with marketplaces and SellerCloud
Ensure smooth stabilization and performance optimization post-onboarding for new platforms
Team Collaboration & Oversight
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 5 omnichannel specialists
Distribute workload, oversee execution quality, and conduct performance reviews
Escalate critical marketplace issues and performance updates to leadership
Tool & Platform Ownership
Own SellerCloud operations and integrations across marketplaces
Operate and manage marketplace portals including Walmart, Target+, Wayfair, Macy’s, BestBuy, eBay, and others
Funnel Ownership
Top Funnel: Platform onboarding, expansion opportunities, promotional strategies
Bottom Funnel: Listing optimization, pricing accuracy, compliance, and conversion execution

Qualifications
Proven experience managing ecommerce marketplaces such as Walmart, Target+, BestBuy, Macy’s,, eBay, or similar
Strong understanding of marketplace compliance, pricing, promotions, and listing optimization
Experience leading and developing operational teams
Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously with high accuracy and speed
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and performance tracking
