Camp Admin Officer
The Camp Admin Officer is responsible for assisting Camp Management in day-to-day administration and operational tasks. The incumbent is responsible for the daily administrative duties consisting of processing orders, processing invoices for payment, and managing daily attendance records of the Camp Department (approx. 200 employees) in an accurate manner.
Key Areas of Responsibility & Duties
Process Purchase Requisitions in the SAP system as required for all Camps sub-departments and track the delivery of ordered items.
Create and maintain a good working relationship with local & overseas suppliers
Process daily invoices to match with actual delivery amounts, along with all received financial statements (SES)
Process invoices in SAP system of all Camps sub-departments in a timely manner to ensure on-time payments
Request and assist all Camp sub-departments with the Requests for Quotations (RFQ)
Manage daily attendance record sheets and process daily timesheets in SAP system, and report discrepancies to management
Provide raw data for monthly financial and inventory reports
Assist the Camp Admin Supervisor with the financial data collection.
Assist with front desk activities when required
Assist the Camp Management with camp safety inspections
Liaise with other departments and maintain effective communication with internal customers
Monitor office inventory supply needs and coordinate with sub-departments for ordering
Process daily invoices to match actual delivery amounts, along with all received financial statements into SES.
Assist Camp management with the monthly financial reports and spending balances.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working with administrative processes.
Skills and Abilities
Must possess good work ethic, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience with an enterprise system
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Must be able to work effectively and efficiently unsupervised
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Team oriented

Working Conditions
Position based at the OKO Project site.
Work Schedule – 14 days on / 7 days off
