Job Overview:
ABC Legal is seeking a Project Specialist in the OKC office to support project coordination, process improvement, and operational alignment across multiple teams and support locations. This role is responsible for overseeing project tasks, milestones, reporting, and dashboard management to ensure organizational goals and deliverables are met efficiently.
This is a cross-functional role that works closely with internal teams and stakeholders, serving as a key resource for project tracking, escalation reconciliation, and process optimization. The Project Specialist will help identify operational blockers, drive resolution efforts, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including creating Jira tickets to address software and workflow inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversees project tasks, milestones, outputs, and dashboard queue ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinating with different teams and departments to ensure goals are met and delivering project status updates to stakeholders.

Identifying potential blockers and challenges to the company goals, developing solutions to overcome obstacles that arise.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance

Starting Pay: Selected internal candidates will retain their current pay rate. Standard annual review and merit processes will continue to apply.
Schedule: Hybrid (mostly remote but may have to come into office occasionally) Monday thru Friday 8-5pm CST
