We are working with a great company in Dallas to find great talent located in the Wichita Falls area. This company offers tax services for residential and commercial loans, including online research and certification, tax bill processing, a suite of delinquent tax services, and customized tax outsourcing service programs.
This position will work under the direction of the Director of Operations and direct and lead the entire Oil and Gas department within the organization. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Set and monitor tax cycles monthly
• Process tax approvals for clients from building and balancing, to corrections and funding
• Send all value reports for clients
• Train new hires
• Evaluate staff performance, develop their abilities, and improve performance
• Plan, direct, and coordinate day to day operations of the department
• 3-5 years experience in coaching, mentoring, supervising, and planning
• Oil and Gas Property Tax experience
