THIS ROLE
A review position responsible for validating extracted/ collected data and ensuring quality standards. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead preparation of data extraction while maintaining high quality standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Assists in review of extracted/ collected data using prescribed guidelines
• Ensures integrity and consistency during the extraction process and maintain accurate and timely processing of data extraction/ collection
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, addressing queries and issues·
• Maintain strong knowledge of client-specific requirements·       
• Contribute to and support process improvement initiatives·       
• Provide basic technical guidance to preparers·       
• Ensure compliance with established procedures Responsible for reviewing and maintaining the data accuracy shown in the client reports and/or dashboard
• Periodic preparation or review, and delivery of reporting for various clients’ portfolios within agreed timeframes
• ETL – Extract data from PDF documents, web forms, and Excel templates; Transform into applicable format; and Load into relevant data repository
• Monitors client deliverables as stipulated in the SLAs, as pre-agreed with each client    
• Review the accuracy of client records/ dashboards·     
• Document exceptions and prepare error reports together with review findings, proposing corrective actions and preventive measures·       
• Provide feedback on technical matters to preparers·       
• Support complex transaction analysis·       
• Assists in client onboarding activities and any change request related to the above tasks
• Improve extraction processes in order to save time or simplify the extraction process and/or improve the quality of extractions.
• Continuous review of the processes and procedures, SLA, checklists and taking initiatives to improve the control environment of the reports delivered to the clients and identifying ways to improve the efficiency of the department
• Assist AM to coordinate within AOS team or clients on deadlines and deliverables, planning and assigning workload within the team·       
• Playing an integral role in the development and implementation of new investor reporting solutions, including participation in the testing & design environments
• Communicate resolution of basic technical issues / concerns to team/ client
• Cross-functional collaboration within the international organization and with other departments on service delivery
• Track work progress through timesheet completion ·       
• Participate in required training programs
• Reviews SLA and workflow documentation·       
• Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needs
ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, computer science, information systems, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience data analysis with exposure to data visualization software (i.e. Tableau, Power BI), ETL processes (via SQL or Snowflake), and Macro/VBA
• Comprehensive knowledge in data extraction tools e.g. web forms, unstructured data extraction tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge in MS SQL / Data Warehouse – joins, unions, group by etc. x
• Comprehensive knowledge in data storytelling and visualization best practices.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a particular focus on Excel skills
• Effective communication and documentation skills to articulate processes and operational risks clearly
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a full spectrum of complexity levels
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Collaborative team player, open to knowledge sharing and supporting training initiatives
• Adaptable and open to learning client-specific requirements and industry best practices
• High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining quality standards
