About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Office / Travel Administrator to join our organisation on a
6-month contract (with possibility of extension), who will be responsible for effectively overseeing all travel requirements and assist with general administration duties in Australia. This position will be based in Sydney Olympic Park, Australia and will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer.
Key responsibilities:
Your core responsibilities will be as follows:
Work closely with travellers and dedicated external Travel Management Company to oversee travel bookings including arrangement of flights, car hire, transfers etc for staff who have approved travel requests.
Reconciliation of monthly travel costs and expenses related to the master travel account
Managing the corporate credit card program, as program administrator
Other tasks / duties as reasonably requested
Assist with general travel insurance related queries and claims
Assist with documentation and letters of invitation required for staff visas
Work closely with the Office Administration team
Qualifications Skills and Experience
Previous experience managing travel arrangements for a large number of people for both domestic and international markets
Understand travel and visa regulations across the board.
Knowledgeable on travel restrictions and sanctions related to travel.
Demonstrated administration experience.
Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and problem-solver.
Able to provide excellent customer service – building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
