Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees alike. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage and organize the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access.
• Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
