Spain IT Production belongs to CIB ITO & ITG Platforms, delivering secure, high‑performance IT services across EMEA. Our 400‑strong experts guarantee stable, standardised production for infrastructure, telecom, security and applications.
MISSION
You will protect and enhance the Office Printing environment for European clients, administer printing infrastructure, implement new solutions, manage incidentsand drive continuous improvement through automation and root‑cause analysis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Administer and maintain the Office Printing Infrastructure for >10 000 users.- Implement printing solutions in new businesses and manage the full lifecycle.
Resolve incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and apply preventive actions.
Communicate status, escalations and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
Automate processes with PowerShell and VBS scripting to improve efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years experience in a multinational environment (10 000 users).
Fluent English (B2/C); French is a plus.
Proven Office Printing expertise and strong PowerShell/VBS scripting skills.
Knowledge of ITIL, Agile or DevOps service‑delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a global, multicultural team.
