You will manage our daily office operations with a hands-on, service-oriented mindset, blending practical support with a passion for culture to help our team succeed in stopping global financial crime.

Responsibilities

Workplace Operations & Culture

• Manage daily office operations in Munich, ensuring a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all employees and guests.

• Organize and execute company events and team-building activities that bring our mission-driven culture to life.

• Handle workplace improvements and sustainability initiatives to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

• Keep offices stocked with supplies, snacks and beverages.

• Create and follow processes to improve daily work

Logistics Support

• Support with travel arrangements for employees, ensuring practical and seamless logistics for business trips.

• Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters, working closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams to solve daily challenges.

• Monitor office and pantry supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to ensure zero downtime for the team.

Requirements

Experience

• Solid professional experience in office management, administrative support, or executive assistance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to handle day-to-day office processes and keep operations organized.

Skills & Communication

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize daily needs effectively.

• Fluency in English and a good command of German (B1/B2 level or higher) to communicate with local vendors and facility management.

• A proactive, helpful attitude with a focus on finding practical solutions to everyday problems.
