The Administration department provides valuable day-to-day services that keep our organization's work processes running smoothly and efficiently. Together, we oversee every administrative aspect, from top to bottom.

Main responsibilities:
• Manage food and office supply orders, making sure the team has everything they need

• Look after the office space: keep it organized, functional, and welcoming

• Work closely with colleagues across the company - including HR, finance, team leads and others

• Keep track of budgets and invoices

• Plan and organize office events, celebrations and gatherings

• Support employees throughout their journey: from onboarding and offboarding to everyday office-related questions

• Communicate with external partners and vendors, ensuring reliable and timely services

• Coordinate medical check-ups and required safety training

• Help build a positive office atmosphere and contribute to great employee experience

• Take initiative in improving processes and ways of working - from idea to implementation

• Handle reception duties: visitor management, phone calls, and managing shipments.

• Backup the Kaunas Workplace Experience Manager on routine operational tasks when needed

Core requirements:
• Proactive, dependable go-to person with a solution-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles

• Genuine care for people and a positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages

• Quick learner with strong self-management and attention to detail

Salary Range:
• Gross Salary 1500 - 2300 EUR/Month.
