The role

We’re looking for an Office Manager Intern or Apprentice to help make Bigblue one of the most attractive startups in Europe.

Working in the People & Office Team, your mission is simple: ensure the daily well-being and happiness of all Bigbluers. You’ll play a key role in making our Paris office a dynamic, welcoming, and inspiring place to work.

Your responsibilities:
🏢 Office Management

• Support the day-to-day running of the office (supplies, IT equipment, fruits, coffee, snacks, breakfasts, etc.)

• Coordinate facility management and manage relationships with external service providers

• Ensure the office environment is always smooth, organized, and enjoyable

🎉 Events & Employee Experience

• Help organize and coordinate internal events (offsites, parties, birthdays..)

• Contribute to building a strong and engaging company culture

🚀 Onboarding & People Experience

• Support onboarding by preparing and distributing welcome kits

• Ensure new joiners have everything they need from day one

• Help follow onboarding processes to guarantee smooth integration

🤝 People Team Projects

• Contribute to transversal HR projects (employee engagement surveys, culture initiatives, learning & development, etc.)

• Support continuous improvement of the employee experience

About you:

• Interested in Office Management, Events, or People roles

• Available for a 6-month internship or apprenticeship starting August or September 2026

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured mindset

• Comfortable working with data and processes

• Comfortable using tools, with a creative mindset

• Strong interpersonal skills — you enjoy interacting with and helping others

• High level of empathy and problem-solving mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
