Your mission:
We’re looking for a hands-on Office Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our company across our three European offices. If you thrive on ownership, structure, and keeping workplaces running smoothly, this role is for you. Regular travel to our Berlin and Toulouse offices is expected to ensure consistent operations and support onsite needs.
Your Mission :
Own the daily rhythm of our offices, ensuring each site operates efficiently, safely, and with clarity. You’ll bridge people, processes, and physical spaces while managing facilities, vendors, budgets, and compliance.
What You’ll Deliver :
• Establish structured office operations across Munich, Berlin & Toulouse
• Build a reliable vendor and service provider network
• Track and manage office budgets and expenses
• Align facilities, access, and security systems
• Ensure smooth coordination between sites
• Support team events, trainings, and celebrations
• Implement inventory and office audit systems
Your profile:
• Language : English required, German/ French a plus
• Strong experience running daily office/ facility operations
• Ability to build scalable systems and structure
• Start up mindset : fast, adaptable, ownership-driven
• Proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills
• Technical comfort with access systems, tools, compliance, budgeting
• Clear, direct communication across teams and cultures
