We're looking for an Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our Freiburg office - keeping everything running smoothly while helping us build a great workplace culture.
The role
As our Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our Freiburg office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You'll wear many hats and have the autonomy to shape how our office functions day-to-day.
Please note this is an in-office role.
What you'll do
• Onboard new hires and make sure they have everything needed from day one
• Welcome candidates, customers, partners, and visitors
• Keep the office well-stocked with supplies, equipment, and snacks
• Help with organising team offsites, local events, and coordinate our presence at conferences
• Handle day-to-day operations like mail, packages, invoices, and expenses
• Help create an office environment where people love to work
What we’re looking for
• 3-5 years of office management or operations experience
• Experience in a fast pace environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and comfortable building vendor relationships
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack
• Warm, personable, and resourceful problem-solver
• B2 level in German
Nice to have
• Experience with international teams across time zones
• Event planning experience
• Inventory management experience
