About the role
We’re looking for a part-time Office Manager to support our team in Ukraine.
The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of office management activities for our Ukraine office. This includes coordinating office logistics, managing communication with suppliers and vendors, supporting local office administration, and helping maintain a well-organised and efficient workplace.
The role will also support other business support functions, including team activities, office event planning, employee-related local administration and Ukraine-specific processes.
What you'll be doing
• Maintain local documentation, records and administrative processes in an accurate and organised way.
• Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of military records in Ukraine, in line with local legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including People, Talent, and IT, as well as external providers and local authorities where required.
• Help ensure the Ukraine office remains organised, efficient and supportive for employees.
What we're looking for
• Experience in office administration, office management, coordination, HR administration or a similar role.
• Intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken, with fluent Ukrainian.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global teams.
• Confidence using Google Docs/Sheets, Slack and similar workplace tools.
• Availability to work 15 hours per week, including regular office presence on Fridays.
Desirable
• Experience working in a global organisation.
• Experience supporting HR, People Operations or employee administration.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience organising office events or employee engagement activities.
