We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our Cyprus office in Limassol. In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing administrative support to directors and different departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external partners.

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and partners.


What you'll do::
• Provide administrative support to directors and other departments within limited responsibility.
• Manage day-to-day office operations including mail, phone calls, couriers, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Ensure the office is organized, well-stocked, and running efficiently.
• Coordinate with cleaning contractors and other service providers to maintain a professional work environment.
• Manage office setup projects including office moves or workspace changes.
• Coordinate the selection and purchase of office furniture and equipment.
• Work with external contractors and service providers to execute office improvements and projects.
• Fully organize business trips including flights, accommodation, and travel logistics.
• Prepare travel orders and provide comprehensive support for international visitors.
• Support employee relocations and coordinate with legal advisors on migration-related matters.
• Manage administrative workflows through digital tools and email.
• Coordinate with internal and external IT support on office or employee-related technical matters.
• Support the Sales team by preparing reports and entering data into internal systems within limited responsibility.
• Support the Finance team by preparing reports, entering data, and assisting with invoice and IO preparation.


What you need for this role::
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in office administration, office management, or a similar operational role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable using office tools and software (Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.).
