Culligan, one of the world’s most trusted names in water quality solutions, is seeking a motivated Office Manager to help oversee daily operations for our Chantilly and Winchester locations. This role requires weekly time in both the Winchester and Chantilly offices and reports directly to the Operations Manager.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working with service technicians, drivers, or field teams, along with strong administrative and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Scheduling
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Schedule and coordinate service calls, deliveries, and installations
Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring data security
Support the sales team with contracts, scheduling, and installations
Identify opportunities for additional products and services
Office & Financial Management
Oversee daily office operations and control expenses
Manage work schedules, billing, and financial reporting
Handle credit, collections, and account management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Staff, Field Team & Inventory Oversight
Train, supervise, and support office staff
Collaborate closely with service technicians and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations
Support staffing levels, performance goals, and communication between office and field teams
Manage inventory tracking, reporting, and coordination with service operations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; business administration experience preferred
Experience working with or leading service technicians, drivers, or field service teams is a strong plus
5+ years of customer service or customer relations experience
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to pass a drug screening
